ALFI BALI PARTNERS WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO BOOST E-SKA SYSTEM VERSION 2

Collaboration between the Bali chapter of the Indonesian Logistics Forwarding Association (ALFI/ILFA), the Bali Provincial Department of Industry and Trade, and the Indonesian Ministry of Trade. They organized a socialization event on the certificate of origin for goods and cost structure within the e-SKA System version 2. The purpose of this event is to facilitate the flow of export-oriented goods from micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Bali.



The Chairman of ALFI/ILFA Bali, A.A. Bagus Bayu Joni Saputra SE, MM, stated that the event aims to provide understanding and knowledge to Bali's export stakeholders in dealing with issues related to filling out the certificate of origin in the e-SKA System version 2, which has been implemented since May 8, 2023. Bayu Joni also mentioned that the system is still in the testing phase.



Bayu Joni, who is also the CEO of Bayus Cargo, one of Bali’s largest cargo company, hopes that the implementation of the e-SKA System version 2 will anticipate and address any issues that may arise, ensuring that the export or flow of export-oriented goods from Bali does not encounter any obstacles. He emphasized that exports are part of the national strategic industry and should not face any hindrances.



The event was attended by ALFI Bali's officials and members, export document management service providers, associations of handicraft producers and exporters in Bali (Asephi Bali), the Indonesian Exporters Association (GPI) Bali, as well as students from the Department of Domestic Trade at the State Polytechnic of Denpasar.
