On April 8th, 2025, Bayus Cargo marked a meaningful milestone by holding our first official General Meeting in a hotel meeting room — a more comfortable and professional setting that brought a fresh energy to the way we gather.

Held at the Quest Hotel, the day began with a warm breakfast session at the hotel restaurant, setting the tone for a full day of reflection, sharing, and connection.

A Space to Connect and Reflect

This year’s General Meeting was a milestone for Bayus Cargo — a rare occasion where every department, from the head office to the warehouse and branch teams, came together in one shared space. Held in a dedicated hotel meeting room, the setting created the perfect atmosphere for something more than just business as usual.

Each department took the floor to present their past achievements, current challenges, and future goals. But beyond the slides and numbers, what truly stood out was the connection. With teams usually spread across different locations and daily responsibilities, this gathering gave us the opportunity to step outside our roles and see the bigger picture.
