BAYUS CARGO'S CEO ATTENDED THE GROUND BREAKING OF JAGAT KERTHI ROLL ROAD

Denpasar, 17 September 2022. A. A Bagus Bayu Joni Saputra the CEO of Bayus Cargo who is also the current chairman of Bali’s Indonesian Logistics Forwarding Association (ALFI) extended his gratitude for the extraordinary work of the Bali Provincial Government with the ground-breaking of Jagat Kerthi Bali toll road. This was expressed during the National Transportation Day commemoration at Bali’s Department of Transportation office.


Acting also as the vice chairman of the Bali Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bayu said “ The presence of the Gilimanuk - Mengwi toll road is predicted to reduce travel time from 5 hours to 2 hours. This 96.1km Jagat Kerthi Bali express way, aimed to be completed by 2025 will allow significant cut in logistic costs, full container load travel from Bali to other ports in Indonesia will be faster and in general reduce travelling time for the community”.



The existence of this toll road will reduce traffic accidents, reduce road damage, tourism will have better accessibility, and there will be logistics centers or logistics centers. This is something that needs to be appreciated by the performance of the Bali Provincial Government and the Jembrana, Tabanan and Badung Regency Governments who support the construction of the toll road. "We appreciate the performance of the Governor of Bali Province during the celebration of National Transportation Day," he said.


ALFI organized blood donation activities, leisure walks and various competitions during this annual celebration.
